If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to AV Ace within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. If all conditions are not met, AV Ace reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
All items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. AV Ace can only refund the original purchase price not any orignial shipping costs associated.
Return Details:
Any merchandise returned must include a provided RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. click here to view our return request form.
We recommend double boxing the item(s) to avoice damages - any damaged shipments recevied may increase the restocking fee or a return refusal. We recommend customers insure with the carrier for amount of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, including duties or taxes for interntional orders.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Limited Liability
AV Ace is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. AV Ace is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
