Elmo Releases the MO-1W Wireless Document Camera

Elmo USA has come out with an industry first wireless document camera called the Elmo MO-1W, this unit is the same as the MO-1 except it is wireless meaning no cable is required between the document camera and your HDMI equipped flat panel or monitor. Connect the included VPR-1 receiver module to the HDMI port on your monitor and projector and that is it, you can now transmit your data wirelessly.

The system uses a new wireless technology called Wireless Home Digital Interface (WHDI), it will not interfere with your Wi-Fi and is 20 times faster than Wi-Fi. WHDI interface can transmit a full, uncompressed 1080p signal, 30fps, at a rate of up to 3Gb/sec with a range of approximately 33’, that will cover most conference rooms, classrooms, and courtrooms.
